Some of our services are available through referrals from healthcare providers, case managers, and community partners. These programs help us reach individuals who may need extra support to live safely and comfortably at home.
Supporting Individuals living with Substance Use Disorder
Named in honor of Nathan Otolski, a valued team member lost to substance use disorder in 2022, NO Limits to Recovery serves individuals in their first 90 days of recovery. In partnership with recovery residences, the program helps reduce relapse risk, support chronic health conditions, and includes cooking classes and guidance from a Peer Recovery Coach.
In partnership with the Indiana Department of Health, Ryan’s Meals for Life serves individuals living with HIV/AIDS, including those managing health conditions or balancing work and life. The program reduces food insecurity and supports overall health.
In partnership with local hospitals and physicians, EMBRACE serves individuals undergoing cancer treatment. Referrals come directly from healthcare providers to ensure participants receive the nutrition and support they need to manage treatment side effects, maintain strength, and reduce food insecurity.
If you’re a healthcare provider, case manager, or community partner, please complete the referral form. Together, we can ensure neighbors receive meals, resources, and care designed for their unique needs.
“These meals saved my life and when I totally regain my strength and can drive, I want to give back and deliver meals for Meals on Wheels.”
“Sometimes during my treatments, I wouldn't even be able to get up. I did not know how my girls were going to eat” (Little Red Door Partnership).
