NO Limits to Recovery, created in honor of Nathan Otolski, former Outreach Coordinator at Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana, carries forward his passion for supporting individuals in early recovery. Nathan believed deeply in the power of nourishment, stability, and compassion—and his vision continues to guide this program.
Through NO Limits to Recovery, MOWCI provides medically tailored, nourishing meals to individuals in early recovery from substance use disorder (SUD), focusing on those living in recovery residences across Marion County. Our goal is simple: to help people strengthen their health so they can focus on what matters most—their recovery.
What Participants Receive:
Eligible clients receive the following support for 90 days:
10 medically tailored meals each week
A monthly medically tailored pantry box
Cooking Matters class (optional): After 60 days, clients are invited to join a hands-on cooking class where they learn to prepare healthy, affordable meals. Classes are held twice annually
By providing a steady supply of nutritious food, we help reduce food insecurity, improve overall health, and create space for individuals to fully engage in their recovery journey.
A Program Inspired by Nathan
