NO Limits to Recovery Pilot Program

Thanks to funding from the Richard M. Fairbanks Foundation, Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana (MOWCI) is proud to announce the NO Limits to Recovery pilot program. The NO Limits to Recovery pilot program was established in honor of Nathan Otolski, former Outreach Coordinator at MOWCI. Through the NO Limits to Recovery pilot program, MOWCI provides medically tailored, nourishing meals to individuals in early recovery from substance use disorder (SUD) – specifically, those living in recovery residences throughout Marion County.

Eligible clients receive the following services:

  • 10 medically tailored meals, once a week, for 90 days

  • A medically tailored pantry box, once a month, for 90 days

  • After 60 days on the program, clients are offered an opportunity to attend a Cooking Matters class, where they learn to cook with healthy, affordable ingredients.

By providing persons with SUD in early recovery with a consistent supply of nutritious, medically tailored meals and pantry goods – we improve their nutritional status, reduce food insecurity, and give them an opportunity to focus on what matters: their recovery.
In every meal and pantry box, the dream and vision of Nathan Otolski lives on. His commitment and passion to supporting people in early recovery is reflected in the NO Limits to Recovery pilot program.
